One way in which this question could be developed is to first look at how we ourselves justify our opinions on certain ethical beliefs. By looking at it this way, we can see if we choose to think a certain way because it tugs at us emotionally because its personal to us or if because it seems the most logical. When I look at some of my ethical beliefs, there is no set logical reasoning behind my opinion but rather a mix of emotions that somehow make me think the way I do. However, it may be different for someone else.
